Uplift’s Women’s Coffee Morning runs every week from 11am to 1:30pm, offering a warm and welcoming space for women to connect, relax, and support one another. The sessions include light refreshments, open conversations, and occasional guest speakers or activities. It’s a safe and uplifting environment where friendships are built and community thrives.

At Uplift, we run weekly youth mentoring sessions to support, inspire, and empower young people in our community. Sessions for under 11s take place every Tuesday from 5–7pm, while over 11s meet on Saturdays from 3–5pm. Our mentors provide guidance, positive role models, and a safe space for personal growth and development.
